Returns and Exchanges Policy for USA Customers Only

  • Special Note for CHRISTMAS PURCHASES & DELIVERIES---All Purchases Dating from Midnight - Nov 15th to Midnight-Dec 21st - for Items intended or specifically held as Christmas Presents/Gifts for December 25th, are Granted Special Holiday Exchange for Size and/or Return Considerations Only until Midnight-December 31st.  If you do need extra special help with a time frame for a Christmas Item intended for returning to home service people, just let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify MyBomberJacket.com within 10 days from Date of Delivery for an exchange for size or a full return. You may notify us by email or phone.  Please use your order number to identify.
  • A Return Authorization Number from MyBomberJacket.com must accompany all Returns or Exchanges, and must be written on either the Return Shipping Label or on the top of the Box with water proof marker.
  • After receiving an Return Authorization Number from MyBomberJacket.com, please follow the instructions.
  • Returned items must be received within 14 days.
  • All returns are inspected prior to processing any replacements, exchanges or refunds.  Damaged Articles may not receive a Refund. Any and all Damaged Articles are also subject to a 25% Return Fee if retained by MyBomberJacket.com.  If not retained, the Damaged Article may be sent back to Customer at their expense. (Any and all Damaged Articles include alterations, ill-smelling articles, damage to fabric or threads, tears or cuts, burns, wear, pet or human hair, odors of cigarettes, cigars, perfumes, pets, etc.)
  • Forced Returns sent back with No Authorization from MyBomberJacket.com for Refund are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
  • All original tags must be still attached on the garment. Items damaged while opening shipping package (cuts, slices, scrapes, punctures, etc.) are non-returnable.
  • Cost of Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.
  • All Returned Items or Purchases that received Free Shipping will receive a full Refund minus the shipping of that item, not to exceed $19.00.

Arbitrary Returns (Returns with No Authorization Number will be shipped back to Customer at their expense.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.   If an Arbitrary Return is deemed or becomes a Forced Return with no authorization from MyBomberJacket.com, and if your unauthorized return must be accepted, Your return is subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. 

MyBomberJacket.com recommends UPS Ground for returns or exchanges. CockPitUSA Refunds will be credited the full amount less their restocking fees.
